By downloading, installing, or using Rival, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Rival is a sports competition app that allows users to engage in GPS-based races, discover nearby competitors, track rankings, and compete against personal records through Ghost Mode.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. You must be at least 13 years old to use Rival.
You agree not to use Rival for any unlawful purpose, to harass or intimidate other users, to manipulate race results or rankings, or to impersonate other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Always be aware of your surroundings when using Rival. Do not use the app while driving or in dangerous conditions. You assume all risks associated with physical activity while using the app. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program.
All content, graphics, and software associated with Rival are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
Rival is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Rival after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
